Jimmy Lewis Kwad Kite Surfboard

Kiteboarding Surfboards
Jimmy Lewis Kwad Kite Surfboard
Jimmy Lewis Kwad Kite Surfboard The debut of Jimmy Lewis's first quad-fin kiteboard is blowing up. Despite demand for Jimmy to put 4 fins on his existing Chamber and Surf KT models, Jimmy is a shaping purist. If you want a quad fin setup, you need a pure quad fin shape. It's not the same animal, so why compromise. Finally, there is the KWAD KT. How is it different? Where the Chamber is for high-G tight turns, the Kwad is made for drive and slash. Super fast down the line, and when you hit that lip or crank that carve, the tail releases at just the right time for that ultimate slash and spray. As for the shape, the nose is a little fuller and the hips more forward. Jimmy's first new directional in many seasons, the KWAD KT was well worth the wait. It's also his first four finned board which means more slash and drive than the chamber. Where the chamber has more of the tight carve on rails, the KWAD kite surfboard has a little release in the tail that gives it that looser skatey feel. Also, the surf kiteboard is a little wider than the chamber and the hips a little further forward. The lighter construction makes this a strapless favorite for kiters as well. Stringerless Jimmy Lewis Signature Construction is framed with Coremat rails for durability and strength. The deck and bottom are bridged with high density PVC foam. Light, Strong, and Flexible. Size: 5'7" x 18" x 2"
