Once the controls have been mastered, you will want to land your kite without crashing. To land a kite without crashing, fly the kite to the edge of the wind so that the kite loses wind as it starts to settle to the ground. Point the nose of the kite straight up and quickly walk towards the kite. With a little practice, the kite will settle down on its wing tips and will also be in a relaunchable position. Experience will bring you proficiency--espescially with maneuverable kites.
