These kiteboarding harnesses are specifically engineered for women kiteboarders.

Seat Harness - For beginners, get a seat harness so it won't climb up on you. Seat harnesses will provide better support on your lower back and eliminate back pains. The seat harness also offers a lower hook position, which gives beginners more weight leverage and balance since the pull is closer to your center of gravity. This promotes proper body positioning and allows you to handle more kite power. We suggest the Starlet harness by DaKine.

Waist harness - Provides less support, but offers freedom of movement. The harness is in a higher position than the seat harness so it does require more lower back strength. The higher hook position can also make it harder to reach the control bar when fully de-powered. Waist harness allows you to flex at the waist to perform flips and spins easier.
